NBC News featured a piece
on Vince McMahon's life after his exile from WWE following the Janel Grant lawsuit being filed.

Citing that they spoke with 11 people who asked for anonymity, the report states that McMahon has not had any contact with WWE and has not spoken about WWE business with his son-in-law, Paul Levesque.

The article also stated that despite his legal issues, McMahon remains "unfazed" and has been traveling internationally to Italy and Turks & Caicos, among other locations.

till, he seems to have moved on, according to multiple sources. McMahon has kept up his other routines, and it’s as if he’s unfazed by his legal fights, two sources said. The article noted:

"For instance, on an afternoon in late March, McMahon returned on a private plane to the United States from the sunny Turks and Caicos Islands -- but he wasn’t alone, according to a person close to him. He had with him seven kittens and a puppy, all of which he brought back to be adopted by his friends, this person added.

“If anything, he’s enjoying life,” said the person, who added that McMahon had also taken a trip to Italy."

A source close to McMahon stated that he believed there would be no federal charges brought against him and that the Janel Grant lawsuit would eventually be settled.

Grant's attorney, Ann Callis, told NBC there have been no settlement discussions.

“Vince McMahon raped, trafficked and physically assaulted Janel Grant as part of his decades-long normalization of treating women within the WWE as objects. He might have thought that Janel would just walk away, but that wishful thinking couldn’t be further from the case,” Callis told NBC in a statement issued today. “Every day we are focused on adding to our mountain of evidence, speaking with other victims, hiring renowned experts on sex trafficking/coercive control and preparing to vociferously litigate this case.”

McMahon's attorney, Jessica Rosenberg told NBC via an emailed statement - “The lawsuit’s claims are false, defamatory and entirely without merit. We intend to vigorously defend Mr. McMahon and are confident that he will be vindicated.”

Nicholas Biase, a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York declined to comment on the matter to NBC

Vince being unbothered and finding joy in having kittens and puppies keep him company is.... such a Vince McMahon thing

This man is a real life cartoon character

He’s sold off his wwe stocks and living a royal life style. When you have that much money, you’re untouchable. He really don’t give af. And now that he’s not tied down to a business, he’s taking advantage of that freedom. And who knows, this whole pet adoption thing is a Good Samaritan move for the courts. Remember, when he was in court for the steroid stuff he showed up in a neck brace. He’s always fishing for sympathy.

A returning superstar has begun to learn how to produce in NXT.

Back in February, Shawn Spears made his return to NXT with a chair attack on Ridge Holland, who Spears has continuously been working with since his return to the company. Outside of this feud however, Spears has taken up another role.

Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan reports that starting on the April 16th edition of NXT, Spears began shadowing NXT producer Johnny Moss, helping to produce both women’s matches on last night’s edition of the program. Other former WWE superstars who are producers in NXT are Matt Bloom, Oney Lorcan and Wesley Blake among other names.

In speaking with several NXT Talent, Fightful Select has learned that Moss is liked universally in NXT from a talent perspective as both a coach and a producer.

It is unknown if Spears is planning on making a full time transition to producing. Spears told Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp recently that his responsibilities expanded beyond the ring.

Really? This is what Alex Jones believed and it cost him a shit ton of money in a massive lawsuit. Sadly, many people believe this. Jones pushed this idea so damn hard and thousands of dummies fell for it.
I just realized I confused the Sandy Hook incident with Hurricane Sandy that happened here in NYC. I'm thinking how can a storm be a hoax lol

nothin to see here folks

He has the guys. He just doesn't listen lmao.
I mentioned this a week ago but soon I can see people lobbying for Danielson to become head of creative if this shit keeps up. Everything starts with the actual product itself. Its no surprise that once Hunter got in the seat business exploded upward. TK is legit becoming the same nigga he hates... VKM. Its time for him to come up off the creative.

A top star on AEW has already been out of the ring for over six months, but now they’re off television as well.

Adam Cole has been sidelined since having ankle surgery last year, and based on what we’ve heard from sources close to him, he’s not very close to coming back to the ring. Beyond that, he hasn’t been on television of late.

Fightful Select is told that Adam Cole has been off of the road of lately, as it was slowing the progression he was making towards recovering from the injury.

Cole has been out of action since September, and those we've spoken to in AEW say they don't have a specific timetable for his return. Him appearing on AEW TV isn't out of the question, but the frequency was reduced.
