No need for the sass bro

As for the podcast I seen clips of it already and others discussing it. Dreamer trying to rush a Punk / Roman feud thats already in the pipeline and one can argue Punk already planted the first seed by just mentioning Heyman. But the first feud, his Mania feud is and was always gonna be Rollins.

Punk winning the Rumble takes away from Cody and even Gunther. To entertain his idea though I've already stated that I wouldnt mind the idea of a triple threat Punk / Roman/ Cody title match to add a new and intriguing plot twist to the match as opposed to just getting Roman / Cody 2. No special stipulation or anything just a rematch. A scenario where Punk can be added would be something like when it was Roman / Edge / Bryan.

A major dream match could be happening if all goes well.

Fightful Select hast learned that upon CM Punk’s return to WWE this past Saturday, there were several in the company pushing for the possibility of CM Punk to take on Stone Cold Steve Austin. So much so, that we’re told that Punk had even had discussions about the possibility.

As of now, we’re told many in WWE are hopeful and even optimistic that the match could finally be put together. One source in the company had indicated that many ideas have already been floated between CM Punk and WWE. We have not heard how far along in talks, planning or pitches that this is, but that if all went well, the ideal scenario would see Punk flying to Austin to go over ideas. One source indicated that while that is the “ideal scenario,” there’s a lot to get through first. Those close to Austin say that they’ve never heard him mention any personal issues that the two would need to get over, and actually indicated that they drop messages to each other a couple of times a year or so.

CM Punk and Stone Cold Steve Austin has long been a dream match, but for the better part of 20 years, Stone Cold Steve Austin was not interested in a return to the ring. In 2022, he appeared in the main event of WrestleMania to take on Kevin Owens, and left the door open for a potential return to the ring. We’re told that Austin was approached for multiple WrestleMania matches for WrestleMania 39, none of which came to fruition.

In preparation for Stone Cold’s WrestleMania 38 match, both Vince McMahon and Drew Gulak traveled to Austin’s property to ensure he was prepared for the match. We’re told that Gulak and Austin effectively had a full match there.

Punk and Austin had an interaction on the June 13, 2011 WWE Raw, and then as a part of the promotion for the WWE 13 video game in a segment with Jim Ross.

...ya mama!

I mean it's like he actin like you have to pick one over the other. Cody vs Roman...set imo. Fans already invested and lookin forward to that match.

Now if I'm not mistaken...neither Punk or Seth has main evented a WM. Even as champions. Is that correct? If so...AND in addition to their unofficial/official feud that's pretty much kicked off...you gotta go wit those two at WM.

Punk vs Roman can wait...depending on how much time Roman is away after WM. THEN you also gotta think about Brock if you're throwin in the Heyman factor into this. But right now...I'd keep it Seth vs Punk...Cody vs Roman for WM40. After that...then you can go wherever.

Which one of you niggas tryin to speak this into existence??

If they could somehow pull it off some type of cinematic show down maybe but i really can't see the two of them in that type of match against eachother

match would suck
promos could be fun

I'm a big SCSA fan...but i'm not tryin to see that. Matches wise...along wit the current state of WWE right now...especially wit HHH at the helm...an Austin match isn't needed.

Imo...right now WWE is in a VERY GOOD place where the current storylines and soon to be storylines, can mos def carry WM40 w/o an Austin/Cena/Rock match.
