I do find it funny that Jade never crossed paths with any of the top women but as soon as she leaves Britt Baker goes after the TBS title

What's up with the Elite being almost irrelevant? How is Omega not in a fued for the world title or at least in a feud leading to the title. The Bucks also sorta just show up into title pictures, but barely have any build up or angles outside of exhibition matches.

AEW has so much potential, but so much of the product feels unpolished, unplanned, and generic. Anyone with depth to their character doesn't get highlighted as much unless you're MJF. The Elite started AEW with a lot of momentum built from the Bullet Club angle, yet since then all of the Elite have come off very generic with nothing built from that momentum to add to their character/personality. It's almost as if they are too busy doing something else to be too involved in angles.

Sounds like a lose lose to me. If they're involved in title pictures constantly, people will say they're using their power to be in that position

So…you want them to book themselves as the top guys? Nobody wants to see that.

You talk about aew feeling unpolished, unplanned and generic…compared to what? WWE? Where for the last 30 years, an out of touch man was making booking decisions on the fly & destroying scripts and plans 30 mins before show time? Where the fan gets their intelligence insulted weekly?

Ok

Ok

I get the idea of some backlash if they book themselves at the top consistently. The issue is that they may be underbooking themselves while AEW in general isn't doing that well at building new stars. It's one thing to go into Power Trip mode, but right now they look like upper midcarders in a company desperate for standout main event talent.

I don't know why they should be overly concerned about bias booking because they have already been guilty of that, except they tend to book jobber-types too high up the card or have them on tv too much.

The Elite are the stars we all wanted to see in AEW, just with better booking and money than they had in the indies.
