I hope she trains at the performance center but goes straight to the main roster when they feel she’s ready

QT Marshall got his contract extension, but it’s a short term one.

Fightful has learned the recently discussed contract extension between Marshall and AEW happened. Marshall has continued working for AEW after a brief vacation, however, we’re told that his AEW talent contract actually was up and he was working without one. Marshall had been in the process of negotiating an extension with All Elite Wrestling that would keep him around as a performer, in addition to still performing his VP duties, which included him producing Jade Cargill’s last match in AEW.

Marshall’s deal with AEW will go through 2023.

Marshall is also with AEW as a VP, and is responsible for numerous things backstage. He’s never had a separate contract that we’ve heard of for those duties.

🙄

The WWE layoffs are still ongoing, PWInsider.com is told.

Alexa Gotthardt, who worked as a manager for digital campaigns, is the latest confirmed departure today. She had been with the company since early 2022.

In what has to be considered a surprising bit of news, PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources that Dana Warrior departed World Wrestling Entertainment today as part of today's layoffs after Endeavor's acquisition of WWE.

Warrior, the wife of late WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior, began her association with the company after her husband's passing in 2014, taking part in the WWE Hall of Fame's annual Warrior Award ceremony.

Dana later joined the WWE Creative Team but exited that role in 2022 to concentrate on working in WWE's community outreach department, which she had been part of until today.

Given the legacy of the The Ultimate Warrior character and Dana's strong connection to the company since his passing, this one has to be considered a surprise.

Dana Warrior was a "we feel bad about the Warrior" hire.

Today's WWE layoffs have been completed, PWInsider.com has confirmed.

We are told that over 100+ employees were let go over the course of the day, so this was a rough day for everyone in the company, whether they have remained or have departed.

WWE President Nick Khan issued an email asking all WWE employees to report to the new WWE HQ this Tuesday for a staff meeting.

Khan also confirmed that the layoffs have been completed and thanked all employees for their understanding.

There were WWE divisions that were absolutely ripped apart today as a result of today's layoffs, PWInsider.com can confirm.

The Insights & Analytics team, which featured a twenty-member team, had 17 employees released today, leaving three total.

We are told that the Marketing, Graphic Design and Live Events department also saw departures.

Not all divisions were hit with layoffs, PWInsider.com is told. If employees were part of a smaller division or team, it was more likely that they were spared.

Fuck all that NXT shit. Like folks said, she can be in the performance center off tv brewing then have her debut on the main roster.
