The latest on the WWE layoffs is that we have heard both the WWE Network and Podcasting divisions have been hit with employees being let go, but we haven't confirmed who or how many from those areas.

Among WWE employees, there has been talk that already 40-50 employees are gone, potentially more.

During his appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, The Rock noted that he and Roman Reigns was slated at one point to main event Wrestlemania 39 in Los Angeles.

Dwayne Johnson noted that he, Nick Khan and Vince McMahon all met a year before in Los Angeles and agreed on the idea for the match with the idea that it wasn't going to be the end o something, but the beginning.

Johnson noted that they got close but they "couldn't what that thing was" so they put their pencils down. He noted they had the merger and that it was left open that Wrestlemania was coming to Philadelphia, saying he was open to that show.

He said that the fans deserve something special but also wants to put the locker room in a position where after they have worked their asses they can be part of something that would be a big change or a new era for the business.

Rock said he never thought he'd see Vince McMahon see the company but he's not surprised as Vince was always a big picture guy.

We supposed to believe they “couldn’t figure out” the “angle”
Nigga plz! The time has now passed cause he ultimately passed on it himself.

PWInsider.com has confirmed that Andy Levine, who held the post of WWE Vice President, International & Platform Strategy is among the exits today as part of the post-Endeavor acquisition layoffs today.

Levine first came to the company in 2018 after working for Green Matters and Distractify.

In WWE, Levine oversaw WWE’s International social and digital strategy, production, teams, and agencies in multiple international markets, working alongside WWE's programming, partnerships, marketing, monetization, brand development, talent, content operations, rights strategy, and business planning divisions.

Lvine also led WWE's Platform Strategy team, which manages partner relationships, competitive analysis, and communications to accelerate growth and revenue across programming, e-commerce, and partnerships

PWInsider.com is told that WWE's Marketing division was hit pretty hard as part of today's company restructuring following the Endeavor takeover. PWInsider.com has confirmed Kimberly Kirkegard, Brand Director and Saverio Brighina, who held the position of Affiliate Marketing Manager, are among those departing that division and the company today.

While we haven't heard any names, we've also heard the Live Events had multiple departures as well.
