Even if Broner would be sharp. When was the last time he scored a devastating KO?? I don't expect anything from Broner. He needs to win, it doesn't matter if it's ugly...a win is a win. Boxrec's ranking of Jovanie Santiagoä #93. On paper this is a good tune up fight.
