Nah man. It ain't about the access. They wouldn't have fought whether social media was there or not. Social media is just giving them the ability to sell wolf tickets and pretend they actually wanted to fight.

I actually think they do actually want to fight but Spence rolling with whatever terms Haymon wants the fight on and Crawford only fighting on the terms that he wants the fight on. Right now neither Haymon or Crawford seem to be willing to find a common ground for the good of themselves & boxing.

I see what you're saying, but if they really wanted to fight would they really draw such immovable lines in the sand?
 
I don't think Haymon is wrong though... Bud tryna bring hedge fund investors to the table that don't have the connections and experience Haymon has in handling fights this big.
That was the whole reason PBC started. He had to step out and make these guys stars. Like real stars. Oscar and Bob Arum tried to shut him down soon as the shit started.

PBC put boxing back on free TV and niggaz tried to say that was monopolizing the game cuz his guys were getting exposure.

Spence, broner, Thurman, Garcia, Porter, that whole crew came in and started making boxing important again...





And one if the biggest fights to be made off that effort 7 years ago. Beef with Oscar, beef with Bob... Fights being blocked due to bad contracts. Like seriously.... he's gonna step aside and let these hedge fund niggaz take over cuz of Bud?

Production matters to me, this one of the biggest fights in boxing. I ain't tryna see some thrown together bullshit cuz these niggaz wanted all the money up front.

I want this shit to feel like the Superbowl.


Players in other sports get dropped all the time when their demands breaks the team budget.

Not to mention, Bud accepted the terms... He just got swayed by some legit unnamed hedge fund partners
