I dislocated my ring finger on my right hand wrestling. If i held my hand out with my palm facing away from me....that finger was pointing back at me. My coach reset it. Went to the doctor. No ligaments were torn. So all they did was literally put a splint on it and told me to do exactly what AP just said.


He'll You'll be ight....
