I got the pixel 4 XL. It's not a big leap from the Pixel 3, but if you're coming from an s7, you should like it. The last Note is pretty good too if you want to stick with Samsung.

I wouldn't get the smaller Pixel. The battery is trash on it. The XL doesn't feel huge. I'd go to the store and check it out.
