Lmao bro how? Y'all didn't see that Kung Lao and Got fatality? Y'all know they didn't have a budget and was testing the waters with this soft ass society right? I was actually surprised how bold the gore was. My prediction is hopefully if we make it to MK3, it will be the most gore. The next film will likely have a bigger budget, more known actors, and likey a larger crowd to film for. They will go more into the cgi bag, and have more shots that they can afford.

Once again niggas , PATIENCE. THE TOURNAMENT WONT START UNTIL MK3 OR MK4. The whole approach now is to build background rivalries, character development, and bring in more characters so the tournament will be like a video game with a bunch of MK fighters all fighting it out. Shit could be epic and dope. The final film could possibly be something bigger than the tournament like time travel and shit.
 
This disrespected the fuck outta Goro man smh. Cole wasn't necessary unless he became the new Scorpion. Subzero was cold pun intended and the attack on the town was really good. He was legit on some phantom ghoul shit. I need more Mileena she is bad. They had a lot of easter eggs for sure but this should've centered around Scorpion vs Subzero. They could've just used Scorpions revenge animated film as the template.

I am very dissapointed on the movie. Bad Story, bad acting except for (Subzero and Kano) and 2 to 3 good fight scenes the entire movie. If you check Imdb the director has no movie resume which tells me why this was so bad. Maybe kids will like this movie but older fans of the lore I know for sure wont like it at all. Do yourself a favor and bootleg it.

I enjoyed it for what its worth...it was rushed but i Think it was good overall.. And obviously a setup for the rest of the storyline.. I think I could whoop Cole ass, dude was weak and not needed....not fit to lead. Kung lao was dope af and had the best fatality. Sub zero was on some seek and destroy tip...i saw a behind the scenes that said the actor playing sub zero was so much faster than everybody in fight scenes that he had to slow down the pace.

You shouldn't go into this movie expecting award winning acting. The action was pretty good and the fight scenes was good as well. I was expecting the main (fan favorite) game characters to have more parts like Lui Kang and Scorpion but Kano was in damn near every scene and talked the most out of all characters. I didn't even think he was a popular character like that but oh well.

My son and his homies loved the movie niggas thought they was karate niggas coming out of the theater and wanted to see it again. Me on the other hand was like ehh it aight at best

I'll give the movie a 3/5
