They can enforce mental evaluations prior to allowing purchase of a gun

They can make it so you have to take classes before you can own a gun.

They can make it so you have to submit dna in order to own a gun.

They can raise the age limit to owning guns.

They can make it so that it takes an entire year to get a gun



They could do all those things.
