Basically @CeLLar-DooR is trying to say she can't act, but giving poor justification why he feels that way. He feels like her inability to play the character well is due to her upbringing and not just simply that she can't act when that's all that it is.

Small ass skinny chick takes super soldier serum and is strong as shit now. Makes for an interesting dynamic cause she doesnt fit the role of a villian/super powered person.

Plus she acts and talks super soft, but she let a bomb go off that killed a bunch of tied up cops.

Nice little dynamic she got going on.
