True. Unfortunately, we are the ones with a vested interest for them to change. Most so-called non-racist white people don't give a shit if racist white people change or not. In fact, if we're being honest, I believe the hard core racists are easier to deal with then the soft racists. You might be able to change the hard core racists when you confront them with something that completely crushes their world view. There's nothing you can do to change the soft racists because they don't believe they're racist to begin with.
