Time will tell though just how effective his methods are because usually parents that push their kids that hard are doing it from a place of their own failed dreams. I do think he was wrong for pulling the youngest out of high school. I think he will have the biggest adjustment problems. He's barely 16. He still needs to be a damn kid. Lavar is abrasive, arrogant, and an asshole and those aren't typically qualities you associate with good people so to praise him simply for "sticking it to the man" and "not being a slave to Nike" just sounds stupid in the bigger picture. You can't start your business off alienating part of your potential consumer base or potential business partners then putting out a sub par product as well.

Fam he told a white chick who s been using coded language to criticize the man s job as a father to leave him the fuck alone....to which she replied are you threatening ( more coded language here) now ure a black man in America u know what can happen to u if a Lilly white girl even mentions being afraid of u....so he told her she scares him and to stay in her lane i.e. Don't engage nor interact w me.... while i understand why he did it.......that was like his third infraction.

he didnt get his way during a game and threatened to pull his team off the court because a female ref wasnt ejected. then claimed she had something against him. and told another she dont know about basketball.

he even said BBB wasnt for women.

an nigga why you aint sleep? its like 3am there....its 10 am here.

Now I do think he needs to be quiet when it comes to the Lakers and how they're being run. That's part of the reason people in Cleveland had such a problem with Kyrie Irving's dad. He didn't know when to shut up and let his son be a man and do his job. That whole "fraternizing with the enemy" shit when it came to anyone associated with LeBron was dumb...same as Lavar coming out and constantly talking about Luke Walton and the coaching staff is dumb too
 
i think alot of people get support a kids dream mixed up with a parent forcing his dream on his kids..

Some people will always prop up anyone they see "bucking the system" regardless of if their methods are effective or not. Those are the people more in love with grand gestures than the actual hard work it takes to make the changes they claim they want to see
