He shot someone and then fled the scene. He then ran down the street and people caught up. Reports are they tried to disarm him and he shot 2 more. He then walked by police without being detained. They chatted him up and gave him water. Sometime later he went home
Then I guess the police had an oh shit moment and went looking for him and then he was arrested. Stupid as hell that they just let him walk by
