This kinda the reason he in this situation, do not excuse his behavior as a whole. There is nothing isolated about this when he and his crew were investigated for guns a month or so ago, then him and his boy beating up the 17 year old, and his crew threatening a security guard.

There was an investigative reporter on Lebatard show the other day speaking on all the allegations and facts as of now. It was really good, you should check it out. Him finally being held accountable should do him some good I hope.

Can we speak about what makes a man in our culture?
Within the last few weeks we went from Michael b Jordan being corny for being, well publicly upstanding dude. But then people call ja stupid for pretending to be just the opposite.
Put yourself in a parents shoes or a young teens shoes…..how do you digest what you’re seeing and how do you explain this to your child?
Both have extreme talent.
Yet both were or are ridiculed by who they are or want to be.
How do we remedy this?

One is currently being praised for their acting and directing talent for one of the biggest movies of the year and has had nothing but a clean rep while being in the spotlight for nearly 20 years while attaining all the same shit (money fame adulation from women) that most young men desire.

The other is currently facing disciplinary actions because he wants to be NBA Dumboy and got people calling him an idiot for putting his future and his child's future at risk. Seems easy to explain....

Thing is corny can happen even you’re an upstanding dude or a thug. It’s like being a pussy. You can be regular dude and be oussy or a street dude and be pussy.

MJB was called corny in HS by girls which is no big deal.


Ja is being called stupid because everybody has seen this before and expect him to not move like that. That’s also corny but is way more serious

Lol and saying what do you tell your son? You tell your son not to do dumb shit because the world will call you in it. Seems pretty simple

Explaining it? Very easy. Especially when it's playing out in real time and you can show a young man what's happening right in front of him. Whether a young man heeds the lesson you only have so much control over
 
Legally he should be in the clear if they can prove that he legally owns the gun

Now the league may have a different punitive actions
