we tried that and what he described is exactly what happened

the named posters were angry they were named instead of looking at their actions and saying "damn, i didnt realize this is how you felt" or apologized

they even doubled down on it

I get what you saying I don't think it was done properly. And have yall maybe tried connecting with Female posters individually to see what exactly their issues are if any or opening a line of communication with any Male posters and trying to really mediate these situations.

From what I've seen the approach has always been from a "get the puters putin" or a "I got the receipts" standpoint. There's been no wholehearted attempt to actually heal.

And that's on yall.

3. The mods are always going to try to keep them around the best they can.. because they are rare.


And, when most of y'all get banned, y'all can't wait to get back. So honestly we're not worried about losing y'all as members.


But the females. We want to keep them here. So yes they are more valuable.
