I can’t relate to this honestly....I do right by the ladies ....this is a generalization of certain individuals behaviors y’all don’t wanna call out so all we can do is talk in circles

Also idk what can be done to make the women feel more comfortable and to make new women come here and stay here but I do hope we can come to a solution that leaves us in a better position than before Father’s Day

You'd need to make changes to your mod team but that's a conversation I know you not willing to have and I've personally made peace with that and move accordingly.

lol No, I know I don't. I post on another forum from time to time that has heavy modding and that shit is annoying, but even on that forum there are habitual line steppers, so you kinda have to take it to that level if you want everyone to feel comfortable.

Think about it like this. This topic is meant for black people first or foremost. So if a nonblack person comes in here on some racist shit, that person will get modded to oblivion. At the same time, people say anti-white shit all the time. It's not a big deal though because if white people dislike it and don't want to post here, nobody really gives a fuck. Well what if, for some reason, the site want to bring more whites here (perish the thought I know)? There's no way that could happen without mods cracking down as much on blacks for calling white people CACs as they do for white people calling blacks racial epithets. That's just the way it goes when you try to be more inclusive.

First off that’s asking women to recount every interaction that they had that’s negative.

1.They might not feel comfortable doing that because they might not want to revisit things. Also because they might not feel like doing all of that just to validate what they are saying.
That’s like a woman saying something happened to her and somebody being like “prove it”

2. For the ppl that are named they will come in and defend themselves and then take the focus off of what the original issue is

I could keep going but that should be enough to get my point. It’s just taking the focus away and then making it a witch hunt and then a back and forth of allegations
