I got a 2 month old so I'm perfectly fine with being with her in the crib all day. Gotta job interview out of state next Monday though. Wonder if it's gonna get rescheduled this week.

They shut down all of the gyms in Toronto and Montreal. They're shutting down more stuff. People fighting in grocery stores out here SMMFH.

Only thing I've been stocking up on are stocks and porn. I'm watching companies of supremely high quality fall to prices that were lower than when they experienced the 2008 recession.

Lastly, speaking of recession, I think the closures might trigger a recession. In China their economy has contracted, it's possible the US as big as it is might experience the same, they're closing down the borders and grounding flights.

an aside

he got admitted to the hospital this past weekend...he was diagnosed with meningitis

Also fun fact, you can wash paper towels in the laundry and reuse them. They dont rip or anything. I once had paper towel in the pocket of some sweatpants and washed them and they came out brand new. You can't do that with toilet paper but you can with paper towels.

Just a tip for anyone looking to buy a home in the near term. I think there's a possibility for recession in North America but dont let that deter you because if rates remain 0-0.25% after 90 days there's chance that the feds could cut rates sending them to negative. This is good news to you because imagine a world where you take out a loan and dont have to pay interest, everything goes to principal. Especially with all the debt most people have. If it gets even lower at negative, theoretically the banks may have to pay you interest.

I predicted last year rates would fall and could fall to negative in the political thread. This is actually good for the consumer because you could pay off your debts ridiculously fast. A similar time in history but in reverse was in the 80s when rates were in the double digits and came all the way down. Back then an 80k house at 12% interest was asinine and people thought THAT was expensive. This is the time to buy whether you're investing in stocks or real estate or whatever it is.

My PMs are open if anyone has any questions.

TV + VPN to your client site and use a direct IP address. Don't use the TV number 'cause you end up going through their servers to get to where you're going.

If you use Teamviewer's device code it forces traffic through their infrastructure, thus slowing it down (it also allows them to snoop on your connection)

Have your end client set up SSL VPN on their firewall or their WAN router.
That client will then provide you with a VPN login. You'll have to install the VPN client (cisco, Sonicwall, Juniper, Fortinet, etc).
Use the client to establish a VPN tunnel directly to their network.
Once on their network, use the remote machine's IP address instead of it's TV code to connect directly to it.
