Any of y'all enter into that Steam lawsuit a year or so ago?
Valve just updated their TOS agreement to basically fuck everyone over that entered arbitration through a legal firm. All agreements now have to be settled in court and they changed the agreement so it nullifies any previous TOS. They're not forcing you to agree... yet.. I just fired up Destiny 2 as a test and I wasn't forced to agree to the new TOS but I'm pretty sure that will change if enough people don't agree.
