depends on what type of bread....if its thin I'll use mayo....it just makes it more crispy and its easier to spread on thin bread

sometimes i do cheese and herbs on the outside too

I know it's commercial, and I just assumed Gabi was at work when she made the shit. But it kept eating at me...so I had to speak on it. Lol. It'd be much more fun if she just had the shit in the crib...cuz she bout that action.

I use butter but i tried mayo a few times when i first heard about it and surprisingly it works and tastes good. Also it's harder to burn. But butter is where it's at.
 
Ight. Tried this. But used a thin layer of both mayo and butted on the grilled side. I put an egg, fried beef salami, muenster & colby jack cheese on sourdough bread.
