The one between three and three.
That argument makes 0 sense lol that's like being mad at kevin hart for not putting in work in the 80s and 90s lol who cares if he had a slow start, most comedians do. But he's been putting out high quality work since 2000, that's nearly 2 decades of work lol
U have no valid points in this argument fam lol
No, since his show debuted in 2003. That's 15 years ago almost to the day.
Faizon, Chris Tucker, Martin Lawrence, Bernie Mac, and Bill Bellamy all started out around the same time as he did. ALL of them did better work from jump with Martin and Chris Tucker being the standouts for the bulk of the 90's and Bernie Mac gettin his legs closer to the end of the decade.
At no point in time would anyone have compared Dave to Chris or Martin other than to say they're all Black men; they just weren't on the same level as far as their output is concerned.
The Kevin Hart thing you wrote is senseless because Hart simply wasn't around back then. However, at this point in Kevin's career if Comedy Central were to hand him $40M for a show I'd understand it fully because dude has been legit funny and doing good work damned near since day one.
You're looking at it as a fan of Chappelle which means you're automatically gonna go to bat for him on this but the stats simply don't support Chappelle getting that money when he did.
