I still didn't get why she wanted the reduction, she looked great to me. But hey her body and she did what she felt was best. I know many days I wake up tired of carrying around my girls.
I think it was messed up for him to not at least be there and make sure she came out the surgery ok. After making sure she was cool he coulda just kept it moving.
