That's true. From what I've seen, it doesn't sound like the prosecution is drawing that connection, but I'm not following it that closely, so you might be right about their intent with the vid.

He's flying them across state lines to do those activities which makes it relevant

If he was into some low-key swingers club in cities that he frequents, he isn't flying people out across state lines to traffic them

Nobody's arguing that. You're bringing up shit that has nothing to do with my posts. You yourself just said the particular acts are not relevant. That's all I've been saying the whole time.

We all agree that him flying people across state lines and coercing other people to do sexual acts (regardless of what they are) are the crime.

The acts themselves aren't relevant provided they were all consensual acts but you can't have a conversation in this context with just the cause and not mention the effect

That's not what I'm suggesting.

The prosecutor could have asked Cassie to confirm that freakoffs occurred, that they were sexual in nature, that money was exchanged and people were flown across state lines and left it at that. That would have been enough to build the case for the trafficking and prostitution charges. They got receipts with dates and all that to discuss. They seemingly have him dead to rights with that shit alone. There was no need to spend days needling into the exact sexual acts that were performed. They did that because they know they can probably get a couple jurors to vote based on revulsion rather than the facts of the case. That's all I'm saying.

The likely simple reason is to show proof. People went on the stand saying all these drug induced freak offs happened and Diddy was orchestrating everything

Showing the jury the actual video footage would be showing proof that it's not just hearsay

Though it is kinda strange that we're in 2025 and prostitution is still illegal. Especially when men are flying women out from onlyfans and instagram to sleep with them

Though many states recently required you to use an ID to access porn online so and people are okay with that law so I doubt they'll make it legal anytime soon
