Boy this episode was flames. Dick living up to his reputation as a pussy magnet. Jason came thru and crushed the buildings. Wonder if Bruce sent him; it'd make sense for him to be keeping tabs on his former protege.

yea this shit was easily the best paced episode...
it did not slow down.....
they vicious as a squad... imagine when they all really get control over their powers...
oh and special effects gotta keep up......
ether find a cheap way to make the shit flow or something... cuz they can't be this sktchy in fight scenes knowing what they all can do.........
they gotta be able to go all out as a team for more than like 3 seconds,....
as soon as they finally assembled together, the bad guys just quit....

lol speaking of special effects I wonder if it's in the budget to have BB turn into more than just a tiger this season. And this nigga gotta get some super malleable fabric or something to make a costume out of. He can't be running off to get butt ass every time a fight gets popping lol

@King Du I know you actually read the comics... is the Starfire being weaker at night angle some comic shit or something they just made up for the show so she wouldnt be overpowered? Along with Beast Boy not being able to morph his clothes too
To be honest, I never gotten around to reading the Titans comics....
But I know they definitely changed up her powers. She used to learn things through kissing, and she did a hell of a lot more than kiss dick (giggidy) and nothing with her powers happened....

Powers and abilitiesEdit
Starfire is a Tamaranean and as such her physiology is designed to constantly absorb ultraviolet radiation. The radiation is then converted to pure energy, allowing her to fly at supersonic speeds. Originally, Starfire was capable of using this power to fly in space and even go fast enough to cross several solar systems in minutes to seconds. However, it is established in Red Hood and the Outlaws #2 and #27 that the rebooted Starfire is unable to fly without the effects of gravity, leaving her unable to travel in space unaided. This energy also gives her incredible superhuman strength and durability. This strength, combined with her fighting skills, allowed her to defeat the much stronger Donna Troy about two out of three times during purely hand to hand matches.[14] She later proved strong enough to fight against Wonder Woman for a short period of time and, during a fit of rage, was so strong that Donna Troy was unable to restrain her without the help of Mon-El and in the TV series she was strong enough to shake the whole city with a single hit. After being experimented on by the alien Psions, Starfire gained the ability to release her absorbed energy into incredibly powerful blasts called "starbolts."
As shown in the "Insiders" crossover story arc (Teen Titans and Outsiders), Starfire can also release nearly all of her stored energy as a powerful Omni-directional explosive burst, many times stronger and more powerful than her standard blasts. The released energy leaves her in a weakened state.[15] She's also shown that she can consciously absorb ambient Ultraviolet and Solar Energy in order to weaken a Kryptonian's physical abilities.[16]Starfire also demonstrated more control over her powers in the New 52 reboot, having used her internal energy to melt the metal of Jason Todd's gun when it came into contact with her skin. Starfire, and all Tamaraneans, are capable of assimilating languages through physical contact with another person. When Starfire attempts to do so with a male, she typically does so by kissing because it is "more fun" for her. Starfire is also proficient in hand-to-hand combat, having been trained by the Warlords of Okaara. She also doesn't need to eat, drink, sleep and doesn't require an atmosphere to breathe, though she has to if she is low on ultraviolet energy.

Finally caught up and this shit picked up big time!
I hated on Starfire in my post episode 1 post but she's bad as fuck, in personality and looks. She ain't even my typical type but she sexy as hell.
Got tired of Raven riding that "you left me" narrative.
Wondered how Beast Boy would join the crew. They did a good job of not forcing that. Kudos to them on how they brought the whole crew together.
I like the Starfire amnesia angle, but I'm ready for her to remember everything.

Like imagine the enemies got them cornered and he turns into a T-Rex or rhino.... It'll be an extremely satisfying payoff vs him just doing it effortlessly all season

Another strong episode.
Everybody already knows Jason as the mentally unstable Robin from the comics but I really like how this show seems to exploring the effects of being a child soldier. Batman is training these kids to be deadly fighting machines for his war on crime when they're emotionally unequipped to deal with their actions.
Also liked how they're demonstrating the paranoia of Batman. Implanting tracking devices on his sidekicks is something he'd totally do.
