Most non-blue collar jobs have an unspoken don't ask, don't tell, and don't flaunt policy.
It's not unusual to find hard liquor in the lobby or someone's office for instance.
That's not including some activities that come with interacting with clients outside of the office.
Drug tests are mostly non-existent as well.
All despite several incidents of wreckless employees ODing in bathrooms or stinking the place up with weed.
But beyond that, functional addicts are nothing new.

Honestly, some of these prescription drugs fuck you up just as much if not worse...And they're legal.
I'm 100% for the legalization of all drugs, and i don't even do them, not even weed.
