He's had a huge list of incidents in the short time he's been there.
He had brawl out last year where he went on a shoot rant during a press conference airing out all of his grievances, which was immediately followed by a backstage fight with the Young Bucks. All of that led to him being suspended.
During his suspension he was having almost daily twitter meltdowns about any number of provocations and then he popped up at a WWE show while still suspended. And then on the eve of his suspension being lifted he issued an interview with ESPN where he brought all the same shit up again re-opening the wounds.
And since he's been back he has been compiling an enemies list and having those on it banned from Collision. All of this finally came to a head when he got into yet another backstage fight, threatened to quit the company, threatened to not go through with his scheduled match, before finally being talked down long enough to go out and perform.
Still not a comprehensive list of all the shit he's been alleged to have been involved with. But it's all to say, it's not any one incident, it's an accumulation of several incidents that led to this moment. He seemingly didn't want to be there based on his self destructive behaviors and so the company obliged him and let him go.
