Yeah these producers are bout lazy AF. I use to say it was the same way back in the 90s, but they at least put some effort into the samples. (chopping, arranging, pitch, tempo, etc.) These new niggas put the most basic/generic drums under a loop talm bout they "produced" it. And with multiple producers on one beat too?! Nah.
