Affirmative Action ruled unconstitutional in for both private and public Colleges and Universities admissions

This is not good advice. I'm an advocate for HBCUs. I went to one for undergrad, but the reality is that depending what you want to do or what your particular needs are for success, there might not be a good HBCU option especially when you're talking about past the Bachelor's level. If you want to do anything in the hard sciences, you're far better off going to an IVY league school if you can get in than going to an HBCU, at least at the graduate level.

Do we not have qualified black scientist that can teach?
I understand HBCU’s don’t currently have the facilities to sustain and/or need to be improved. Thinking that HBCU’s aren’t good enough is why AA going away is such a big issue. The foundation is there, it has to be invested into and sustained. Don’t just scream “buy black”. Grow black, invest black, and educate black.

Ironically HBCUs freely let in non blacks. Not that they shouldn't cuz I dont necessarily think it's a bad thing, but PWIs are way more choosy about the non whites they accept

What you just said. I was having this conversation with my frat bruh last week. Black organizations are too “inclusive” and not “exclusive” like our counterparts. We have to stop. Ironically, I went to a PWI.

It's not about thinking that HBCUs aren't good enough. Which HBCU has a quantum computer? If you're interested in becoming a quantum physicist, past undergrad, there's no HBCU that's going to be able to give you what you need. That goes for a lot of fields. If you want to get business degrees, social science degrees, or even degrees in law or medicine, you can likely find an HBCU that will work for you. However, some fields require resources that are just easier to come at bigger and better funded universities.

Eh, they aren't all that similar. The 303 thing was saying that an individual has a right under the constitution to deny their personal services based on their personally held beliefs.

It's a slippery slope ruling, for sure, but to rule in the opposite direction would likely be a 1a violation.

The entire 303 case was something that was made up. And I mean legit a fabrication. There was never a gay couple who asked for the services. The fact that a Supreme Court ruling is based on a lie is crazy. Also people's personal beliefs can shift in the moment. What's to stop a person from not servicing somebody for any reason that can fall under a "belief"?

Also wild as hell that the kid who sparked the whole Affirmative Action case isn't even from the US. So we've now had two Supreme Court decisions one based on a lie and another based on someone not even from this country.

I told you it was a slippery slope ruling but, again, to rule otherwise would likely be a 1a violation. They weren't refusing a service carte blanche, at least not one they would've otherwise offered to another. It was supposedly a custom work and they believed that in doing so, they would be going against their firmly held beliefs.

Because this country will always be down to shit on negroes. The whole push was for fairness but not once did any of this bitch ass motherfuckers say a fucking word about white legacies and rich kids getting sports scholarships for shit they don't even play. It was all just an attack on black folk having the nerve to be in supposedly high places.

And allowed for the same standard to be used in the military still. So looks like we'll still have recruiters stalking high schools for their next round of soldiers.
