Elon Musk has had it with nickel.

It’s scarce and expensive, so the chief executive officer of electric-carmaker Tesla tweeted on Thursday that the company’s shifting some cars to a type of battery that uses iron instead.

Musk has previously pleaded with miners to produce more nickel. Supplies will be tight for the next three years, and there could be a significant deficit as early as 2023 as demand picks up, according to BloombergNEF analyst Allan Ray Restauro.

Nickel is a key component in lithium-ion batteries, used in electric vehicles. It packs more energy into batteries and allows producers to reduce use of cobalt, which is more expensive and has a less transparent supply chain.

The metal has rallied 16% this year on the London Metal Exchange amid a broad-based rally in commodities, with investors betting on strong demand growth as economies reopen.

saw this earlier and thought to myself.... who the hell is gonna pay for exclusive tweets? I suppose some people will tho... Maybe theyre trying to get in on patreon and onlyfans type territory?

I just cant see paying like $5 a month for exclusive tweets/content from ONE account..Gonna be interesting to see how this plays out

Yeah, that's ridiculous. Ain't nobody on Twitter worth me spending $$$$$ just to see a Tweet.

Then again, you just said it, they're trying to get in on the Sex Work Industry. They know they have a TON of Accts on Twitter related to that Industry, so why not? That's the only way I can see them getting away with this and People buying Subscriptions for Tweets.

There's going to be alot of Broke & Horny MoFos running to The Candy Shop begging for this content.

Been stacking Cardano for years since 2 cents. It’s not a DarkHorse anymore. The cat’s outta the bag. $33,500,000,000 market cap now. Top5 DeadOrAlive outta 10,000+ coins. Glad I’ve been hyping them on ABW and goin’ balls deep over the last 3 months at 35 cents. I know a few in the crypto thread rode my wave. $3.50-$5 by 31DEC21.
