By filing for bankruptcy, he's minimizing the amount he'll have to pay.

Which will make the people who want to sue him re-think whether or not they want to spend thousands of dollars in attorney's fees if they're not going to get much in return.

@Sony Montana if it the 8speed zf transmission I'd try resetting it 1st to see if that fixes the problem. Does it have different drive modes? That can effect how the transmission shifts as well.

You can do that yourself, right?
