The amount of crying and complaining the old heads do about too many threes means they need to watch something else besides NBA basketball.
NBA basketball is a solved game. Threes are worth more than twos. Defenses sell out to stop drives or to stop threes. Offenses build their offense around drives or threes.
Only superstar players or hired guns take large amounts of midrange shots today. The 2000s was the era of swing players pretending they were Jordan, and guys like Ricky Davis taking pinch post fadeaways, clanking them bitches left and right - old hating motherfuckers wanna restore the feeling so they can feel 19 again.
If you don't like it at this point, don't fucking watch it. Nobody is going to miss you.
But NBA fans are the worst fans outside of soccer fans. The amount of whining about what they don't like is annoying because it's literally everything and they can't admit that they don't like NBA basketball.

Not a big stat guy but I do know that offensive rtg beats defensive rtg very often in recent NBA finals. If he didn't mention this in his 4:08 soliloquy then fuck him.
