I agree with Zach on his Vassell love. Devin would be a solid 3rd best player on a decent team, but I also think he is under selling how much Devin settles for mid range pull up jumpers because his handle isnt good enough go best guys off the bounce. The few games he played last season he did look better and I have faith that it wasn't a fluke.
I like Devin a lot and I think we will be able to lock him into a good deal.

I'm fascinated to see what his extension looks like.....I don't know if yall are going to be able to get him on such a team friendly deal like Keldon Johnson but he's definitely someone I would want to pay and keep around

They were talking about the Jazz on Lowes pod the other day too
They do have a ton of assets with all the draft capital the acquired but I'm not sure what that does for them
They're going to be too good to tank and those future draft picks are only going to be so good because I don't see Cleveland or Minnesota just completely falling off anytime soon
It kind of feels like the path is going to be eventually packaging those picks together and trading for a star that's already under contract
Hopefully they end up stuck in purgatory for awhile though

I mean it doesn’t help that he’s in Utah so getting people to come is way more difficult than in Boston
I think he has too many assets to fuck it up completely
While he could’ve done better in Boston he still created a smart/Tatum/brown core that is perennially a contender
He already has a solid foundation imo to work with
Just gotta consolidate a bit and package some guys together and they back to the Gobert/Mitchell days as far as hovering around 50 wins

IMO they easily have the worst starting lineup of all the teams mentioned. I don't follow draft prospects but I am almost certain that there isn't another Tatum and Brown coming anytime soon. We'll just have to wait and see.
