LOL, Kirk Cousins has taught us there is money out there for above average QBs. They just need to find a way to hit REAL free agency. Kirk has laid the blue print, props to Dak for following his footsteps, Get your money.Let his ass walk.
If $35M/year can’t bring Dak to his senses, the fuck it.
Imagine wanting $45M/year for a muhfucka who hasn’t won MVP, OPOY, or won the NFC at least.
Kirk Cousins ran so Dak could fly lolLOL, Kirk Cousins has taught us there is money out there for above average QBs. They just need to find a way to hit REAL free agency. Kirk has laid the blue print, props to Dak for following his footsteps, Get your money.

Are the cowboys gonna be in a position to get one of those young QBs in the draft thoDak and Kirk are different situations imo.
Did Washington ever offer top 3 market value contract to kirk? No.
Washington knew he wasnt the real deal snd and the long term answer.
The overall level of nfl QB play has improved greatly over the last few years. The league is STACKED with top level young qb talent. Plus more getting drafted next season.
If Dak isn't willing to play ball and take top 3 money, let him walk.
LOL, their situations are the same. They both felt like they were not offered what they think they are worth. U might think they offered him "Top 3" money and he should shut up and take it, but if the man feels he can get more money in an open market (which i think he can), then he has EVERY RIGHT to try and find a way to get to Real free agency.Dak and Kirk are different situations imo.

there are the chances that Cam and/or Jameis will be available next year
and yeah Kirk did it right
played on two consecutive tags that are fully guaranteed then got a fully guaranteed contract from Minny
Here is what I dont get about dudes being mad about being tagged in the nfl..none of the contracts are guaranteed.
So he could sign a 190mil contract..and not even make what he will make guaranteed off being tagged.
They could literally cut him one season after a mega contract. None of these nfl contracts mean anything beyond the year that they are in. Why not just take the 31 mill..do ya thing and if they tag next year 41 mill off the tag..
He could sign..break his leg, and get released..and only earn 20 mill off the year that he played the contract
so you are saying in a scenario where the cowboys signed Dak to a 190mil contract.Well if he signed a 190 million contract, at least a 100 mill will must likely to be guaranteed. So if he did break his leg and never play again (Alex Smith), he got a 100 mil coming his way.
If he broke his leg under the franchise tag only that 30 mill is guaranteed.
