2020 NBA Draft thread

@#1hiphopjunki3 @A.F.R.I.C.A do any of u think there is any player in this class as good as Cade?

I honestly can't say it will or will not be.

But if I had to answer I would say no. I think this is going to be a good draft for solid role players but not really any stars. On the other hand though I wouldn't be surprised if 1 or 2 guys drafted lower ends up getting an all star nod or 2 throughout their long career

i've seen way too many mocks that have the pelicans taking so many different players

I know they need to get more athletic at the Center position, and if they are going to stash Didi for another year, then i see them only probably using one of their 2nd round picks on a player and packaging the other 2 for a vet or to move up somewhere

there is just so much uncertainty

i've seen most mocks have them pick either

Saadiq
Nesmith
Vessel

Honestly for our range I want the following:

Pat Williams
Poku
Tyrell Terry
Kira Lewis
Maxley

Sadiq Bey I believe is not going to translate due to lack of athleticism, shot form, and low ceiling.

According to two league sources, the Knicks are seriously mulling trading back in the Nov. 18 draft unless big man James Wiseman or point guard LaMelo Ball fall back to the eighth spot

Most NBA draft sources believe it’s improbable Wiseman will make it to No. 8, leaving the Knicks in a quandary. One source senses the Knicks have Ball and Wiseman as two players they absolutely “love,” and haven’t been as smitten yet with any other prospect in a consensus weak draft.

WOW, who do u think is better than Cade so i can watch more of them. Garuba is the only other guy i have also watched closely, but his offense is too limited right now. I checked out some Jalen Green when he signed for the G-League, solid prospect, but i need to watch more.

I’m high on Jalen Johnson. I think he challenges for the top spot when it’s all said and done. Big fan of Garuba too. Love this draft class

Yeah, Looks like Jalen Johnson is likely a more athletic Cade, lol. I was going to nitpick, but if i believe Cade will become a better shooter, i have to think Jalen Johnson has a chance to be a better shooter too. Hopefully we get a College basketball season so we can see more of these guys.
