On what planet is Lupe a better rapper than Kendrick. Kendrick can do the complex shit that Lupe does and still make it enjoyable to listen too. Lupe be tryin too hard to sound like the smartest person in the room. That’s why Lupe was at his best when he had major labels to help em with his albums and make that shit easier to listen to

Kendrick has never did the complex type verse like Lupe do.

His verse are theme centered but they are not like when Lupe is in his bag.


Both in my top 7 artists regardless of genre

That’s the last person Dame would sell that too. If he sell it to any of his former rocafella co- founders, it would be Biggs. But he seems to be too close to Jay for Dame’s comfort, so that’s not happening. Dame got too much ego to make the best business decision, which would be to sell it to Jay.

And you think that based on interest and emotional strings, anyone could realistically care or be able to bid more than Jay. Anyone who could outbid Jay, most likely does not have the interest that Jay would have. For example, Warren Buffett and Bill Gates could outbid Jay, you think they give a shit bout this lol

Ehh, I see what you mean. Based on my argument, I can see how you can draw that conclusion. At the end of the day, music is subjective and people will feel how they feel. Lupe was my favorite rapper at one time, so I’m not gon come here and act like dude is trash, I just personally think Kdot better. (Kanye shrug)

Lupe really had a two album run at the top. Kdot on album 5 and is still top 3 and arguably top 1.
