I've told y'all since the IC: I don't have a degree, yet I've held not only senior level IT positions, I've also been a senior engineer for one of the largest DoD contractors. I'm Black and Native American, the two most hated races in this country, came from a piss poor home, born in a city that had nothing but plant jobs, relocated to a city that's been the murder capital of this country a time or two, did shitty as hell in high school, never finished college, got locked up a few times for some stupid ass crimes and despite all of that, through sheer will and tenacity, I still managed to repeatedly waltz my ass into jobs that required a minimum of a bachelors degree and far more experience than I had.
According to you and 5th, I should be living in the hood, slangin, drinking all day, and sittin off on welfare.
But that ain't the case. And I am far from the only cat like this. I'm not even slightly special in this regard.
As I've said before: the barriers white supremacy have erected are there, it's up to the individual to go around them or climb over them.

I never said or indicated that you should be in the hood and on welfare but just because you're in that position doesn't make it their fault.

Not entirely true. They were told they would get their record cleaned up if they became agents. But that’s not either here nor there, the point is whenever the community stepped up white supremacy destroyed any movement.
