It's always been a thing. Its just that in the past society didn't categorize these cases as traumatic abuse that effects these boys lives for years to come. It was and still is somewhat seen as a harmless thing.I wonder if there has been an uptick in this type of thing in recent years or if it's always been this prevalent but we just never heard about it because of lack of social media.

I'm guessing the uptick is because more people think that a grown woman messing with a child is actually disgusting behavior and reporting the crime to police instead of it being swept under the rug.Yeah I know it was always a thing. It's just that back in the day we'd a case every now and then on 20/20 or Dateline or something. Nowadays, it seems like this is going on at every school.
