lol Let's be real. Part of the problem with this shit is that part of pretty much every father is going to be a little proud if he finds out that his high school son was knocking down a fine ass teacher. I don't think there is any dude alive that would find out about that situation and be 100% appalled. Of course good fathers will ultimately do what's right for the child, but they are still going to feel a certain type away about it.

It's always been a thing. Its just that in the past society didn't categorize these cases as traumatic abuse that effects these boys lives for years to come. It was and still is somewhat seen as a harmless thing.

Yeah I know it was always a thing. It's just that back in the day we'd a case every now and then on 20/20 or Dateline or something. Nowadays, it seems like this is going on at every school.

I'm guessing the uptick is because more people think that a grown woman messing with a child is actually disgusting behavior and reporting the crime to police instead of it being swept under the rug.
