OUT NOW J. Cole - KOD

I ain't listened to the album yet but first off:

I like the album artwork and the 'ATM' video... Dope concept; kinda has an Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind vibe to it. I reckon since he's rapping about mindless drug recreational use the video has a trippy effect

You even offered an opinion or still listening to the album or you just hanging around, modding?
stop coming in the thread not reading it its entirety

i gave my review pages ago

nice try tho

And with all these streaming records being broken...

Where's Tidal in alla dis? I thought he was a ROCNation artiste?

Cole did what Nas did w/ "Hip Hop is Dead" but way better and while addressing a larger issue thats even bigger than rap. And pulled it off w/ out being corny.

This album feel like DAMN. all over again

I wish Cole would have said names.

I know hit dogs would holla but they ain’t gon say shit this time

J. Cole’s fifth album, KOD, has broken Apple Music’s record for streams in the first 24 hours in the US with 64.5 million streams on its first day, Apple tells The Verge. KOD surpassed the previous record holder, Drake’s Views, by nearly 1 million streams. Seven out of the top 10 most streamed songs in a 24-hour period on Apple Music are now from KOD.

Wow...out doing Drake like that is an achievement

Its an ok album.....way better than the last one but the one thing I don't like about Cole at this point is just his energy.....it's like he's constantly sad and speaking out about something but I'd like to see and feel more upbeat vibes and happiness from Cole....and just spit......thought he'd rap his ass off over some doper hip hop beats but I get it he's found his niche audience/ lane and rather than drive forward and expand it he keeps it in neutral

And stop the fucking singing
I thought he "rapped his ass off" on KOD, ATM, & Motiv8

If half the ppl that streamed his album bought a physical copy or digital download he would have mad a shit ton on money

Hell no!

Stop comparing things that have nothing to do with each other
