Fair/Foul:A Charlotte n!gga leaves a Transgender leaking on bus after it touches his face

What law school did you learn this from? lol Yall niggas living comic book lives. Nearly all self-defense laws require a reasonable apprehension of harm for ANY justifiable use of force. Verbal taunting is not sufficient enough to warrant a physical attack. "IT" pretty much rubbed the nigga's face (pause), u can't even call what that mf did a hit.

That's why homie's locked up now and won't be getting out anytime soon.

If you touch another person in a threatening or menacing manner they can claim self defense when they beat that ass. This is pretty much universal.

From Cornell University's Law school:

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/assault_and_battery

Although colloquially used interchangeably, in many jurisdictions, assault and battery are distinct crimes. In such jurisdictions, assault (also called attempted battery) is a threat or physical act that creates a reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact, whereas battery is a physical act that results in that harmful or offensive contact. Assault is a lesser included offense of battery, meaning that assault merges into battery and that a defendant may be punished for one but not both crimes.

And in North Carolina: https://www.saparilaslaw.com/raleig...g-assault-and-battery-laws-in-north-carolina/

North Carolina has merged the two crimes together, while many states regard them as separate offenses. An assault is placing the aggrieved party in fear of serious bodily injury or death. A battery is an offensive touching of a person without the consent of that person. There are a number of crimes which include assault in North Carolina. These crimes range from simple assault to inflicting serious bodily injury with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

So, in this situation the tranny's verbal threats of violence towards dude constitutes Assault, probably simple assault in NC. However, as soon as he put his hands on dude, it became Battery. The tranny was the clear aggressor in the altercation with dude sittin off calm and collected until the act of battery took place.

Basically, Goldie, you're wrong as shit. As I've done in the past I can go into citing the relevant statutes in NC as I've done to y'all niggas for 7 years on the IC, but I don't really feel like doing that right now. Just like y'all niggas swore up and down that spanking a child was illegal, I ran through all 50 states' statutes regarding corporal punishment to show y'all skreet edumacated ass niggas that it's not. Same for that long winded ass argument I got into with one of y'all niggas about felons being able to get their rights restored and ended up posting up the laws along with every other time I've ever had to cite state or county statutes to shut y'all niggas up.

You and your ilk are dead-ass wrong.

-We all agree that it was excessive
-if I slap a man I should be prepared for whatever retaliation that could come my way no matter how excessive it may be

-if I (purposely) step on someone’s shoes I’m prepared for whatever comes next

-I’m well aware that the retaliation could be overboard and wrong

Being prepared is fine. Even though you cant prepare to be murdered.

where was this?
I dunno, I was smoking with my sister earlier and she was talking about it...I was supposed to look it up, but I forgot... I was hoping by casually mentioning it one of y'all would do that shit for me

So after the trans person was knocked out the other dude didnt become the aggressor?

Judges rule better explanations by better lawyers bullshit every day bro...

Look at the video. The clear and easy to read body language of homie shits on any self defense claim imaginable. Trying to prove homie was feeling threatened would have you looking tight faced as hell... Judge fuck around and insult your entire intelligence.

This ain't the one to go to bat for

Yea just so yall niggas know i wasnt defending ole dude stomping shim in the head like that either, he took that shit way too far and a normal person would of ended it once they saw he was knocked out.. I was just saying that when you in somebody face during an altercation and then decide to touch them then you asking for trouble, there are people out here who dont give a damn about the law and as you can see ole dude was probably one of em seeing as he had over 19 arrest since 2015.

So after the trans person was knocked out the other dude didnt become the aggressor?

Dawg... Are you really just not paying attention or only reading one sentence and arguing that?

We've universally said that ole dude was dead-ass wrong when he started stomping the tranny; why are you even asking this shit?

I'm not going to bat for dude, I'm just stating that the tranny initiated the whole encounter and I even told Race that had the tranny not ever touched dude we wouldn't even be discussing this.

Everybody is saying this. The problem is BNE, HellCzar, Goldie, and these other muhfuckas intentionally being dense.

You know good and damned well nobody's talking about pullin out on an unconscious person.

But that's the situation here. That tranny was done after like two punches. So I don't see how you make the argument you were making before unless you're suggesting that the guy was justified to attack an unconscious person by any means necessary.

What's even being argued anymore? Doesn't everyone agree that when you 1) Put your hands on someone you don't know, you have to be prepared for anything and 2) the nigga went overboard in this case?

@BNE dont worry about it lmaooo

some of these niggas were the same ones talking about they wouldnt intervene if they saw a man assault a woman in fear of them being harmed, or worse, killed BUTTTTTT now they out here talking big shit if a transgender male/female touches them ???????

lmaoooo fraudalent as hell. so ready to inflict harm
on another Black person for frivolous reasons but cant stand up and fight for shit that actually matters

this sounds like something i would say....

you been drinking?

Black people are so doped up on violence and brute “retaliation.”

its ok to be empathetic, or compassionate, understanding or fuck it, unbothered by keeping it pushing when someone does something you dont like.

you dont have to be a dickhead or obnoxious all your life

yall sound like pubescent children
damn,....i like you these last few minutes

Lowkey i feel like alot of yall never got into a fight outside of middle school. Kicking somebody in the head us rarely justified and its attempted murder for a reason. If a nigga mush you nowhere does it say you can kill him. Honestly a few of those punches were OD. But for yall niggas to be like stomping somebody out isnt over the top im just assume you never actuall hit anybody
i have grown to learn that alot of niggas wont fight if not for a crowd or if they cant win.

niggas get hyped up easy...and when they winning they want to do all the shit they couldnt or cant do fighting a real nigga(no shim). niggas are quick to do shit like this when they know they can win or it appears they have the upper hand.

maybe its just be....but dude seemed bigger than the shim.

his reaction was that of a scared nigga not wanting someone to get up or remembering his uncle touching him or something.

This the same nigga who said a fat woman almost killed his mother when she was riding a bus that got into an accident and flipped over. This nigga tried to blame a fat person and not the bus being in an accident.

I knew then he had no logic nor common sense.
im saying....why the fat person on the bus......need to be walking and trying to get half healthy

That was what was being said in the beginning. My very first post says that as does pretty much everyone's including HellCzar. Then Dos_Patos coming in with the extra shit "nigga mad at his momma/he must have been molested" bullshit and taking it elsewhere 'cause he apparently didn't know NC has "Stand Your Ground" in place, you got BNE cosigning that shit Dos said as well as handing out flagrant menstrual-powered reactions on various posts, HellCzar being out of intelligent responses (as usual) went for the knuckle-dragging approach and tried to take shots at me because... well... who gives a flying fuck why... and that's where it went to shit.
