I think he and Big Hsow was doing more behind the scenes things. I think that was something Mark wanted to do at WWE. I believe VKM kept overlooking him

Yeah but AEW doesn't train wrestlers so his skillset wasn't a fit. Hopefully he continues talent scouting because he seems to have the eye for it.
