There are safeguards in place to keep that exact thing from happening.

Bro I spent so so so so so many nights on extra duty where SD had me doing room checks like every 15 mins

We had a fairly small stand alone barrack and they'd pull me from whatever I was doing to have me doing door checks. And when I was on staff duty we had to escort anyone that was fucked up to they room. It just goes to show there isn't a standard
