Breaking News Danny Masterson Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison After Rape Conviction

James Franco got off legally but his reputation is fucked. Especially after Seth Rogan said he wasn't fucking with him anymore.
I'm late. Didn't know about Franco's accusations. I did notice that Rogan has been in a lot of stuff over the years though. He's been blowing up

Idiot was a celebrity and could have got other women who would have willingly gave him some
I mean, that's yet another reason why these charges were bull. How can someone come out nearly 20 years later and claim rape. Then you nearly get acquitted and beat the charge, but a 2nd jury convicts you? All on he said, she said, nothing else. And on top they drop 30 years on you.

Not even sure how you defend yourself to that.

I know his wife Bijou Phillips gotta be all sorts of fucked up. For those who don't know she's the daughter of John Phillips from The Mama's and the Papas. Literally a week ago I caught a documentary special on her sister MacKenzie Phillips talking about how their dad raped her, Mackenzie, and forced her into an incestuous relationship for a while before then forcing her into having an abortion because they didn't know if the baby was his or her husband's at the time. Now you marry a rapist after you dad raped your sister. That's a drug relapse waiting to happen.

Yeah he had a few relating to some students at a class he taught. The allegations were out for a minute. Then a couple years ago Seth Rogen came out publicly and said he wasn't fucking with him anymore. Franco admitted to fucking some of his students but denied the assault allegations and said he understood why Rogen distanced himself because he wasn't saying shit in his own defense against them. So it left Rogen to answer a bunch of questions because everyone knew they were best friends.

Yikes. What a terrible take

Damn that's crazy. Smart move by Rogen to distance himself

Oh word? How's it terrible, explain. Convicting someone years later with no evidence is wild. The justice system deals out injustice all the time. We're a couple days after Leonard Mack finally got free after 50 years on a bullshit charge. https://www.theroot.com/nearly-50-years-ago-he-was-wrongfully-convicted-of-a-c-1850809353

People are way to casual about taking away other's freedom.

Do you know there was no evidence? You say that casually like they just took him into court, shouted guilty, and that was it. As fucked up as the system is, there is a process behind it...and rich white men with powerful backers ain't the ones getting railroaded.
