Glad I didn't have to askMan I see yall talking bout steak. I had a banging ny strip this past Saturday. Got me wanting another one.
Cook medium btw. Anything else would have been savagery.
I grew up in Mo. City. I had family in Fresno. It’s not a bad area but a lot of the homes that were out there are now rent homes. So they aren’t as nice as they were years ago. It depends what side of Mo. City you move on. You got the rich side/middle class/more hood side.@Kandy I'm looking at a few spots in Ft Bend, Fresno, and Mo City. Been told Fresno is a bad move, and to stay away from Ft Bend. Would you say the same?

Use butter and make sure your stove is below medium.Stove-cooked a steak last nite...never again.
Soak your lamb in lemon/lime juice or vinegar to rid it of any gamey taste. Matter of fact you should be cleaning all your meat like that or maybe it's just a Caribbean thing we do.I ain't a lamb fan whatsoever. Can't do gamey tasting meats.
