They could of killed him to end it but that would of been them taking the easiest and most predictable way out so they went with a ending that would make most people feel bad for the way Franklin ended up while also wondering what happened to him once that final scene ended.

At first I was thinking he was gonna go fuck with the cops that busted in his place for the back taxes and get them to kill him

Quiet is kept, I feel like Jerome turning into Alton at the beginning of the show would be a bigger kill shot than seeing him get his cap peeled. Watching everybody he loves get murked and ending up a bum-ass dude with a unkept curl would be the ultimate death sentence. You think about all the traumatic shit he's endured through the span of this show all for the money: the shit with college, risking his life for his first brick, getting near beat to death on numerous occasions, shot at, killing people, people being killed around him, and in 10 seconds his own mother took it from him AND his girl took his last 800k. Most of us struggle to keep it together over some credit card debt, but buddy held up under all that drinking Pepsi... and his own people did him in from his perspective.

He technically lost 116 million dollars. 74 from the initial Teddy jack move, 5 from Peaches, and then 37 mom cost him. That's three hideous L's to take in one lifetime off two simple mistakes. The smarter you are the more shit like that loops I find. And he added that monkey to his back.

When i was 18/19 i was tryna get my first job etc…i had a child hood friend that went to night school to get a diploma….his mother was a bad drunk,never knew his pops…we were so close…but he kept always partying and being on some bummy shit….

Long story short he went to the bay area with some females and took a bunch of x pills to try to impress some hoes and ended up frying his brain….

I remember i didnt see him for like a year…and i stopped by his house and he was acting paranoid about the government listening to him thru his tv and shit….I fuckn left after he kept sayn weird shit. Months later i was walkn down the block and he was with 5 other guys i knew and he called me a bitch….i beat him up very bad to where our lil neighborhood would laugh at him….i saw him at the park one day just shooting hoops by himself….6 months later he ended up killn a dude with a butcher knife over a stolen ps2…..hes in prison for life now

You didn’t see all that broken down stuff in the back yard? Dude was suffering from mental Illness along with beings drunkard. He was probably breaking that stuff down for scrap metal to sell

Yeah, it wasn’t just the alcohol. His mental state was declining in tandem with the alcohol abuse.
