So let's see:

We can't own fully automatic weapons of any type (aka an actual assault rifle), this also includes fully automatic handguns that were 100% designed and sold that way like the Glock 18 or CZ 75.
We can't own armor piercing ammunition for any caliber.
We can't own Short Barreled Rifles (SBR's) without paying for a tax stamp from the ATF and registering it (and waiting the 6 months to a year period for it to get approved).
We can't own a suppressor/silencer without paying for a tax stamp from the ATF and registering it (and waiting the 6 months to a year period for it to get approved).

Realistically, what else is there???
You still didn’t answer how many guns and how much ammo you own. Let’s get that number and see the if there’s really a limit.

Right now I own 3 rifles, all semi-automatic: KelTec CMR30 22. Magnum, Keltec Sub2000 9mm, and an AR15 running .223 and 556.
For ammo, I have about 1000 rounds of .22wmr, 1000 rounds of 9mm, and a mix of about 100 rds of steel case (cheap!) .223, maybe 100 rounds of standard M193 5.56, and 140 rounds of M855 green tip. I need way more than that, I'm probably looking at an order of M193 this week of maybe 200 rounds and another 200 the following week.

For magazines I have 9 standard AR magazines (30 rds each) and one 40 round joint. For the 9mm I have 13 magazines: 4 17 round, 4 21 round, 4 27 round, and one 50 round drum mag. I have six magazines for the .22 magnum.

I should have my next gun by the end of next week. Debating on whether it's going to be a 10mm rifle, 10mm pistol, or a 9mm Glock17 compatible joint. All told, I'm looking at buying a total of 4 handguns and another 4 rifles by the end of the summer/early fall.

Serious question, why?

I was gonna ask why earlier in the thread when you said you have a 50rd drum for the 9 mil, but I said fuck it at the time. Not my business.

But seeing your while spread, now I gotta ask. You got more shit than military personnel in a war zone.

didn't say we should, now did I. I'm just saying it ain't uncommon and has been happening at least since the 80's in some cities.
I hear you. Just wanting to make it known that it's not a great idea and in no way is it conducive to a productive learning environment.
