Once people understand that a great majority of these mcu movies are kinda weak and just to be enjoyed for the “comic book on the big screen” spectacles that they are, the better off they will be. None of these movies will ever be as serious as what fans want them to be. Fans go all out with these wild theories on what they think should happen or who THEY want to see and that’s cool to an extent but dangerous for expectations. It’s ok to be exhausted from these movies. Niggas know the formula now.

As time goes on, I expect more angry weirdo niggas like @MJ DOOM who get mad cuz Marvel ain’t listening to their fan fiction fantasies or for some other arbitrary reason that precludes them from realizing that at the end of the day, these are comic book movies that are trying to make money by keeping the party going and selling fuckin toys/merchandise.

they’ll pull elements from the comics but it’s their version of an adaptation more than anything so you can’t always expect characters and plots to go the way you anticipate. You also get disappointed if you act unfairly like that

Isn’t it still supposed to be at least 3-5 years before X-men or Fantastic 4 or even Deadpool show up in the MCU?

That’s the next big thing I’m waiting for, hopefully we all don’t lose interest before that can happen.

I’m here to see what all these movies build up to. These movies are about the collective sum rather than it’s individual parts. It’s about the Saga nigga. We ain’t never seen this many movies tied together for the greater good of the UNIVERSE.

How many of the origin story movies were essentially just main guy vs evil version of main guy in similar suit? Ironman, hulk, Antman, black panther etc? How many of mcu movies are REALLY good outta the 26+ movies they’ve made so far? Like I said, I dunno about you, but I’m here for journey.
 
I’ll go even further.

when I was a kid, you think I gave a fuck about Thor? Captain fuckin America of all people? Hawkeye? Daredevil? Man listen, when I was a kid, the only characters I cared about for real is Spider-Man & x-men. Somehow, these Marvel Studios motherfuckers got me to care for like 10 movies or more before they even got a version of Spider-Man!
 
Infinity War and Endgame did something serious to a lot of niggas. Now everyone expects these movies to be at that level. As if Marvel wasn’t putting out dope to okay to mediocre flicks for years. Then Thanos came and crushed the cinemas and everybody wants THAT movie.

I enjoyed this shit, it was pretty good to decent. It’s a Thor movie what epic game changing shit are we supposed to be looking for? I will say that Feige looking like Tony Khan these days hyping his own shit up only for an okay or meh reveal.

Whoever said these Phase 4 MOVIES have been on some Phase 1 level I'd tend to agree with that. It's world building

I’m not saying it’s not a legit gripe. I get it. For me, I got the point of why they didn’t show dude running thru all the gods. The movie is rated PG13 for one and the movie wasn’t really about Gorr for real. It was about Thor and Jane and her cancer problems. Dude said what he sought out to do (kill all the gods), they showed the after affects of him killing gods and focused on what they thought was more important..

It is... it’s the start of a whole new SAGA for what’s to come for the next 5-10 years. I’m not sure what folks are expecting. There’s been a couple of bricks & misses but it’s been fine so far. A lot of these newer characters are who we are gonna be seeing for years to come. I’d go as far as saying the intro for Kang was better than how we were introduced to Thanos.
