Stove top with my cast iron. But looking at some videos, I see they do a combo of stove top and then oven.

My uncle calls that part the eyebrow. It’s a very fitting name for that part considering it’s a ribEYE and it’s shaped like an eyebrow.

It is the most delicious part of any steak I’ve ever had. As long as it’s not 100% fat.

Anyone cook over the weekend? I did but didnt take pics. Was super busy. Had some people come through. Made some jerk chicken on the grill. Also made string beans and chicken steamed buns
