Just a regular box cake mix (yellow, white, vanilla) spread over pie filling or canned fruit. You layer slices of butter on top of the cake mix, then bake it. Literally 3 ingredients.

I dont use planks for my fish. I have a metal grate I use when cooking a whole salmon. I like the skin to be a little crispy on the fish. I also use a grill flipper as seen in the second pick.

Fries were perfect. Crispy and hot. Wasnt oldbay on the eggs. Black garlic and salt.
